Director
Rod is a CPA and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Having held a number of commercial roles including Director of Finance before re-entering public practice in 2000. He brings a unique set of commercial, management and technical skills as a resource for clients. ASX listed directorship experience and substantial not-for-profit Board and development experiences are valuable for clients expanding or transitioning through growth or generational change. His familiarity with the challenges of running and growing a small business together with his approachable style make a strong addition to your business journey.
SOMA MEEGAHAGE CPA
Senior Accountant
Joining our practice in 2007, Soma is our Senior Accountant. Beginning his career in manufacturing before moving into Public Practice in 1987, he has nearly 30 years’ experience gaining wide knowledge and expertise. This enables him to assist small to large business clients in different structures and industries, in managing their accounting & taxation affairs effectively and efficiently. Prior to becoming a CPA, he was a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is a passionate cricket fan.

Administrative Manager
Victoria is our Administrative Manager and Xero assistance and implementation “go-to” person. Having previous experience in both Commercial and Accounting Practice based roles she brings to the team experience in various industries including recruitment, dairy farming, accommodation management, wholesaling and retailing. Victoria has a passion for book-keeping and being organised and takes pride in assisting clients with these areas.
